The basis of our business is development, implementation and support of both our own solutions in the information technologies area and the solutions of third-party software developers. The company policy is to achieve the high quality of our solutions and services in creation, development and implementation area of information systems, which is the basis for long-term growth of the client base, revenue, company profit and maximum satisfaction of our clients on its basis.

To achieve this goal, the following commitments are made:

-          improvement and increase in the effectiveness of the quality management system;

-          business process enhancement, improvement of software development tools and technologies in order to improve products and services quality;

-          staff competence development;

-          compliance with legislative and other requirements in the provided services area, as well as customer requirements.

 

The company management takes on described above obligations to implement this Quality Policy, as well as commitments to provide appropriate resources.
